As a part of International Women’s Day celebration on March 8, 2019, the MIGA held its 4th annual CEO Award in Washington to recognize Lara de Mesa, Head of Responsible Banking with Santander Group for her contribution to the World Bank Group’s twin goals of reducing poverty and boosting shared prosperity. The event started with a panel discussion centered on « creating opportunities for women », followed by a cocktail reception.
